GO Home - Please
Still gonna cover the situation in London, actually I don’t know if the riot is still goin on there, I kinda lost track of the news. Anyway, I just read this story on the internet and I think I need cover it.
Some good people of England who doesn’t take part of the riot go down to the street to protect their home and community. There was this one guy who was on patrol saw three men lying on the ground who were killed. And he ran to them, give a CPR on one of them, only to find out that he was his son.
“I heard it happen and I turned round and I saw three people on the ground and my instinct to help and I started CPR and someone told me that one of them was my son.”
“I started CPR on my own son and my hands and face were covered in blood. What was the point in doing it? We are here defending the community. He was a good kid aged 21, and very well liked”
Tariq Jahaan, father of the murdered son, instead of demanding ‘an eye for an eye’, urges people not to seek revenge for his son's death. He stood on a wall in front of a crowd giving a speech he said:
‘I lost my son. Blacks, Asians, whites – we all live in the same community.
‘Why do we have to kill one another? Why are we doing this?
‘Step forward if you want to lose your sons. Otherwise, calm down and go home – please.’
Tariq Jahan holds a picture of his son who was killed in an alleged racist murder.
It’s a heart-breaking story. And I think it’s really reaally unfair that these innocent people had to take responsibilities of what some scums did especially when it’s done over racial reason. It boils my blood. I salute Tariq for being such a strong-hearted person. Tariq, you have my respect.
You know, I believe that these riots gonna end soon. You know why? Cause eventually they will have nothing left to steal and realize that they have destroyed everything, including their own home.
Sad sad day for all of us.
