London Riots

If you haven’t noticed (duh) the situation in London is kinda hot and flamy. There has been riots there and chaos is all around. And as always, when there’s a disaster I’m here to cover it up for ya, readers!
Riots started in the North London area of Tottenham. The reason being is the shooting of Mark Duggan by a police officer. Duggan was reportedly a target of an on-going police investigation into gun crime. During the investigation, out of reason I don’t know about, the officer shot Duggan, killed him on the spot. Then a protest march organized by Duggan’s family which end up to be chaotic. People started to burn things up and steal things from stores.




Okay, now time’s for my opinion. I seriously think these riots are stupid. I mean, why would you bother burning up your own city over somebody else’s problem. WHY?! I can understand if you want to fight for Duggan’s right and teach the police some lesson. But burning up buildings and beat up innocent people?  Arggh it’s so stupid!

I know its hard to get a good hear of what she was saying, so I’m gonna sub some part of it for ya.
“She’s working hard to make her business work and then you lot wanna go and burn it up? For what? Just to say your warning and your bad man? This is about a fucking man who got shot in Tottenham. This ain’t about having fun on the road and busting up the place. Get it real, black people! Get real! If your doing this for a cause then do it for a fucking cause! I’m ashame to be a Hackney person. Because we’re not all gathering together and fight for a cause. We are running out of Footlocker and thieving shoes.”
And I absolutely agree with her. Don’t say you’re doing this for a good cause, to fight for a man’s right who was treated injustice! NO! You’re doing this just because you want a pair of new Nike’s and Playstation3, and you see a way to obtain it without having to pay. This is not a fight for justice. This is just a bunch of assholes being assholes.
